Once again you found us a good holiday! We had a very good room at the Protur Sa Coma Hotel in a quiet part. Had to ask for a rubber mat to go in shower as Dave did slip, luckily he didn’t hurt himself. There was one English receptionist who had lived in Majorca for over 30 years who was so helpful and she found us a lovely typical Spanish Restaurant to celebrate my birthday, something extra!! The Hotel also gave me a bottle of champagne so you can guess that birthday was something to be remembered.

My wife and I would like to thank you and Canbedone for our three week holiday at the Mar Y Sol recently. It, and Tenerife surpassed our expectations by a long shot. And of course, my worries about traveling by air in a wheelchair were completely unfounded. Gatwick and Tenerife South Airports looked after me splendidly, and it was worth having the extra legroom seating on the plane.
I promised to let you know about the disabled toilet access in public spaces; they do need the Eurokey but Mar Y Sol will loan you one on payment of a 20 Euro deposit, but we did also find cafes and restaurants that would let you use their facilities even if you were not a customer.
In short, we had a brilliant time, and much of that is down to you. Many thanks.


Thank you once again for organising such a wonderful holiday for us in Finland last July. Will be booking again, next time for Barcelona – many thanks!


Just a quick message to say that we had a very enjoyable and successful week’s holiday in Lanzarote. Everything went very smoothly and the Nautilus was an excellent choice of accommodation. Thank you for organising it so well for us- we will very probably look to go back next year so will be in touch.

We had a wonderful holiday! Our young people were delighted. Some of them said that one of their dream came true!
It was perfectly organized. Everyone we met was very kind for us (hotel, transport, people helping at the airport…).
The driver of  “little bus” who drove us to Harry Potter’s studio was particularly pleasant and described us all monuments in London. Very nice! If our director allow us to travel abroad again, we will contact you for a new journey.

Hello Philip,

Just a note to thank you for all your help in arranging our holiday to New York – we had a great time. We got to see quite a lot – although it seems you would always need more time in New York to get round everything!

The hotel was lovely and very central to a lot of things.  However, we actually didn’t use taxis, in the end, as we discovered that the buses do, in fact, take two wheelchairs at a time so used these quite a lot (although it may have sometimes taken a little longer!).

We also used the underground on one afternoon with our ‘Big Apple Greeter’ guide we had arranged who showed us around Greenwich Village.  ‘Jersey Boys’ on Broadway was great and we also saw Soho & Little Italy, did the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, Times Square, the Semi Circle boat trip on the River, Ground Zero and a fair bit of shopping in between everything!

Must thank you Phil for finding us a holiday in Los Cristianos,especially a late booking,you came up trumps again.We couldn’t fault the HotelGran Arona,considering it’s a 400 bed Hotel everything was great,our large room had all we needed and so much food to choose from.Lovely for Dave to go along Prom on his hired scooter just a bit crowded.

I have completed the survey online, but it doesn’t do the holiday justice!  We felt we ought to let you know that the tour guides you found for us were excellent, really thoughtful and knowledgeable, making the 3 tours a really good experience.

We bought ourselves Copenhagen cards, enabling us to visit a lot of attractions for free, and free use of public transport too.  This was worth doing as we were so close to Tivoli gardens and we could pop in there every day.  The only public transport we used was the ferries.  It may be worth recommending these cards to future holiday makers.

We managed to get about pretty well, although we noticed that the Danish don’t seem to be very keen on ramped access.  If they have a DDA it certainly isn’t adhered to!

Our hotel was comfortable and the staff were lovely – very helpful.  We did notice that it doesn’t have air conditioning which was a bit of a disadvantage as the weather was warm and we had to leave the windows open at night.

Thank you very much for all the last minute arrangements – everything went very smoothly and we had a great time.  We’ll give you more notice next time!!

You recently organised a holiday for my mum and dad …….. and I was contacting you at the start of the enquiry.

I just wanted to drop you an email to thank you for organizing Mum and Dads holiday. Since mum’s mobility deteriorated she has lost her confidence in going outside and as a family never imagined her going on holiday again as apart from hospital appointments she never left  home.

It was such a pleasure to speak to them daily whilst on holiday and hear how much they were enjoying their time in Tenerife. To hear that they were in a bar on the front drinking mojitos or out shopping for birthday gifts was fantastic. As a family, myself and my brother and sister were loving hearing about their adventures. Adventures we never thought would happen due to mum’s mobility.

They have said since their return how well the holiday was organised and how much they appreciated your organization of everything hence my email.

Thank you for giving an older couple their spark back and we are currently discussing their next holiday so I am sure we will be in touch.

I think what you do is fantastic  and when someone is disabled they think they can’t have what an able person can and your company makes that possible so genuinely thank you.  David

I went to Canada.

I went to Canada with Can Be Done. They were brilliant from the start of organising the holiday to departure and support when there. I am blind and a wheelchair user. Their advise was second to none. I had a small hiccup with one of my accommodations. I called the emergency number, there was no fuss or quibbles they sorted out a transfer to a new hotel.

The people were so friendly and helpful as I travelled from Toronto to Montreal via Ottawa and Quebec. When going up and down the hills passerby’s would just come and help push my wheelchair. Fantastic country and people.
